Felicia Weingartner joined Aguilar Law Offices
in 2001 after working for another Albuquerque law firm and managing
her own firm. She has litigation experience in personal injury,
medical malpractice, insurance bad faith and product liability
cases. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Loyola
Marymount University in California and her law degree from Florida
State University. Felicia is a member of the American Bar Association,
State Bar of New Mexico, Women's Bar Association, New Mexico
Trial
Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Felicia was raised in South Florida but has considered New Mexico
her home since 1980.
