Medical Malpractice
We handle suits against doctors, hospitals and other health care professionals or providers whose negligence caused injury and damage to their patients. Medical malpractice cases are particularly difficult, so we will only file once we have properly investigated the facts and determined that the case has merit. Because the risks associated with bringing a medical malpractice suit are higher, the expenses are also higher. These cases typically require outside expertise.

Legal Malpractice
We take legal malpractice cases against lawyers whose conduct did not meet accepted standards of care. Again, legal malpractice suits involve extensive investigation, so the risks and expenses associated with these cases are higher. These cases require expert witnesses.

Product Liability
We accept cases against suppliers, distributors and manufacturers of products that are unreasonably dangerous, defective or that cause injury. These cases are time-intensive and require multiple experts.

Insurance Liability
We handle disputes against insurance companies that fail to honor policy terms or deny policy holders coverage, medical procedures or other medical benefits. These cases can involve any kind of insurance policy—automobile, homeowners, general liability, health, disability or life.

Persoanl Injury And Wrongful Death
We represent individuals who have suffered personal injuries and damages due to the negligent acts of other people or companies. These cases include injuries and damages caused by: assault and battery, automobile accidents, wrongful death, environmental accidents, or any other acts or omissions where the responsible party failed to exercise ordinary care.

Under the law, our clients can recover among other things: past and future medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, as well as the value of the loss of enjoyment of life.

Many of these damages can be recovered in wrongful death cases. Under New Mexico law, a personal representative can recover the same damages that the decedent would have been entitled to recover.
